We would highly recommend Kristen as the day-of coordinator for your special day.  We met with her multiple times, both at the church and our home, well in advance of our wedding day. 

We walked through our vision for the ceremony and backyard reception. We could tell how attentive she was by her smart questions and note-taking. Anything we missed or anywhere we weren’t sure about vendors, she politely made very welcome recommendations. For example, Kristen recommended the most excellent bar tender. Kristen is able to make you feel perfectly at ease; you can put your full confidence in her ability to deliver. She took our plan and executed flawlessly leading up to the event by communicating with and confirming arrival time of vendors. The timeline was kept perfectly – our arrival was announced in coordination with the DJ/emcee, food was served on time, the cake appeared for cutting in a flash, and the lights were switched on exactly at sunset. No task was too big or small for her to get her hands dirty; she ensured the finishing touches on the tables were to our exacting specifications, and when an unplanned extension cord need to be rolled out and taped down, she needed no further instruction. Throughout the 12+ hour day she exuded a contagious, happy energy. We never went hungry or lacked a bottle of water or cocktail. Her attention to detail was ever so underscored when we arrived at our hotel that evening to find she had packed a slice of cake for just the two of us to enjoy while reflecting on the best day of our lives. And that’s not the end of it, when we returned home the next day we were pleased to find she had led the effort in cleaning up our backyard and removing the table linens. Your day-of coordinator is the one wedding line item on which you should spare no expense, because working with Kristen was worth every penny. She truly helped us make our wedding day one we’ll never forget.

I've known Kristen for years and was overjoyed when she became a professional wedding specialist and was available to provide day-of coordination services for our wedding! Kristen's care, support, and attention to detail ensured our months of planning came together perfectly on our wedding day. Kristen met with my mother and me on multiple occasions to make sure she kept a pulse on our to-do list and vendors. It was such a relief to have someone with such great experience walking beside us and providing guidance through stressful times! Kristen was always sure to help me stay focused on the most important part of the wedding-- our marriage. Kristen's personality is a wonderful mix of warmth, humor, and get-it-done attitude. She kept our large group on-task during the rehearsal and made sure everyone was well-versed in their role. Our venue was a blank slate, and on the day of the wedding Kristen and her assistant orchestrated every vendor (and executed the DIY portions of our décor!) to bring my vision to life. My husband and I wrote the script for our ceremony, and Kristen worked seamlessly with our officiant and musicians to make sure everything went exactly as planned. From the moment I woke up to the moment my husband and I walked through a sea of family and friends at the end of the night to begin our new lives together.

Magical! One word captures our daughter’s wedding day and Kristen Larkin orchestrated it beautifully. Years of dreams became months of planning as our daughter and her fiancé crafted their ideal day with a combination of carefully chosen vendors and DIY ideas. Plans were primarily in place when we learned of Kristen’s availability to help us tie it all together. 

Kristen listened intently, asked crucial questions and gently offered professional suggestions. She astutely recognized this bride and her mother would benefit from help in the week leading up to the wedding as well as the actual day. The perfect decision was to hand over the responsibilities for all the last-minute confirmation calls and coordination to Kristen. She executed the vision flawlessly even handling hiccups which should have been the responsibility of the venue when their event coordinator departed unexpectedly on early maternity leave. 

Kristen’s involvement led to a calm, happy bride and mother who both were able to truly enjoy a simply magical day!

She was able to coordinate vendors, family, and friends leading up to and day of- all while planning our event with a buget friendly mindset, working under an incredible time crunch, helping us plan our 2 venue wedding in a city we wouldnt be in town for until 7 days before the event! Out wedding was so incredible- that one of the guests actually reached out the next day to have Kristen plan their next get together!

They did everything above and beyond to ensure our special day went off without a hitch. Kristen gave me a sense of calm, which only a very experienced wedding coordinator can provide, was so appreciated. We were blessed to be able to wed at a very special and beautiful location, Lovers Lane United Methodist Church.
